tours organized as part of ITS Canada's Annual Conference
included Calgary Transit's Operations Control Centre
(OCC),
which
oversees the operation of the buses and light rail transit.
The OCC also provides security monitoring of the LRT Stations
as well as customer services via Closed Circuit Television,
Help Phones and Public Address Systems.
