The Department of Foreign Affairs and International Trade provides information on trade in general (international business development, trade and economic policy) and on negotiations and agreements.

Free access to hundreds of sectoral market studies and country-specific reports prepared by the Market Research Centre and by offices abroad of the Canadian Trade Commissioner Service are available through their website at www.infoexport.gc.ca. These reports are intended to help Canadian companies identify foreign business opportunities and learn more about target markets. Use the site to get in touch with the employees of their 140 offices around the world to request one of their personalized core services.
