Collection and Use of Contact Information

ITS Canada collects contact information, including (but not limited to) name, organization name, address, telephone and facsimile numbers, e-mail address, and website address.

For members:

Contact information is made available in the public domain through ITS Canada's website, as well as in printed form (in publications such as membership directories) to assist in networking, developing marketing opportunities, and generally participating in the industry.

 

For event participants (conferences, workshops, etc.):

Information such as your name, organization, e-mail address, telephone/fax numbers, your preferences regarding event participation and payment information may be made available to a limited number of event organizers to facilitate organizing the event. A list containing delegate name, organization and location may be circulated in printed form at the event to assist in networking, developing marketing opportunities, and generally participating in the event.

 

In addition to the above, ITS Canada uses contact information for the following purposes:

	To meet legal and regulatory requirements
	To provide you with current industry information
	To respond to inquiries and provide you with member services, and to otherwise manage our relationship with you
	To satisfy other reasonable, legitimate business interests, such as collecting outstanding debts.

By receiving membership benefits or participating in events with ITS Canada, we assume that you consent to the collection and use of this information as stated above.

If you do not consent, please notify ITS Canada in writing to advise us accordingly.
