In accordance with ITS Canada’s By-Laws, please be advised that the 20th Annual General Meeting of the Society will take place on Thursday June 22, 2017 from 13:30-14:45 hrs EDT. For those wishing to attend in person, the meeting will be held at the offices of CIMA+, 5935 Airport Road, Suite 500, Mississauga, Ontario. L4V 1W5. In accordance with ITS Canada’s By-Laws:

1.     Each voting Class "A" member in good standing (Sustaining Corporate and Corporate) shall have the right to exercise five votes on each of the motions (3 in total) identified in the agenda as items 5, 6 and 7, and

2.     Each voting Class "B" member in good standing (Academic, Municipal and Individual) shall have the right to exercise one vote, on each of the motions (3 in total) identified in the agenda as items 5, 6 and 7.

ITS Canada’s bylaws do provide for a written ballot option received by the Secretary, Mr. Michael Bailey, prior to the meeting (a proxy) to be counted as if the voting member was in the room.  Attached is the Instrument of Proxy (PDF) to be completed prior to the commencement of the meeting for those who are unable to attend in person or who are joining by telephone.

All members are encouraged to participate in this Annual General Meeting in person, via GoToMeeting or by telephone.
