The Automotive Parts Manufacturers' Association of Canada is partnering with Mayor Dan Mathieson of Stratford, Ontario, to consider testing self-driving cars on the city's streets as early as January. "Stratford sits in the heart of automotive manufacturing, and we're an economy like many in transition.
