ITS Canada and City of Toronto invite you to attend the 2024 GTHA Summit and Educational Session Regional Workshop.  This is the fourth workshop being hosted in the GTHA; expect to hear from Ontario municipal and provincial authorities, subject matter experts, and  state of the art researchers in an engaging and energetic format.

This 3 day workshop includes a GTHA Authorities Summit (Closed Door - Public Authorities only), as well as Educational Breakout sessions, and Interactive Panel discussions.

CALL FOR SPEAKERS/PANELISTS:
This is an open call for panelists and speakers for the Panel Discussions and Fireside Chat during the main session.  A list of the draft panel discussion / fireside chat topics is provided here.  If you are interested in presenting on one of these subjects at an Education Session, please send an email to Roger.Browne@Toronto.ca before Sept 10, 2024. Note that confirmed speakers must be registered for the workshop.

CALL FOR EDUCATION SESSION PRESENTERS:
This is an open call for subject matter experts to express interest in hosting a special breakout Education session. Registrants will have the opportunity to choose amongst several Education Sessions.  The list of proposed Education Sessions are provided at the bottom of this page.  If you are interested in presenting on one of these subjects at an Education Session, please send an email to Roger.Browne@Toronto.ca before Sept 10, 2024.  Note that confirmed speakers must be registered for the workshop.

CALL FOR VENDOR BOOTHS - SOLD OUT
A limited number of table top booths are available for ITSC Members in good standing.  $450/booth – includes 1 registration and includes basic power.  Email janneke@itscanada.ca to reserve your booth, first come, first serve. A waitlist is available.
